- Ensures compliance with legal regulations, the accouting rules and the internal controls, following the standards and procedures defined by the Group experts and process managers;
- Applies Financial processes and tools, involving financial flows and transactions according to international financial reporting standards;
- Applies specific finance and transational knowledge in accounting receivable process;
- Defines the accouting structure and principples for general accounting and other financial and administrative transactions related to accounts Receivable process and support the harmonization between the different legal entities of the scope;
- Allocate the incoming payments to the invoices manually or through electronic tools;
- Customer contract analysis and register them in SAP, including data creation and modification;
- Issue commercial delivery invoices, credit notes and advanced payments invoices according to legal, accounting and tax rules;
- Send the invoices to the customer, incluiding additional documentation for the payment by post mail, email or eletronic transmission like Airway bill, bill of lading, transfer of title, customers´s certificates, and others;
- KPIs elaboration;
-Application of internal controls in the transactions posting.
Requisitos:
- Certification in Accounting /Finance;
- Finance / Accounting background and a minium of 5 years of professional experience;
- Internal Financial control standards - Advanced level;
- Accounting transations and closing - Advanced level;
-Accounting Systems (SAP) Advanced level;
- Capacity to manage customers´s expectations and efficiency ;
- Conhecimentos de transferência de títulos e certidões entre clientes;
- Capacity to understand customer mindset and translate in concrete actions IFRS and accounting processes - Autonomos level;
- Good understand of internal controls principles;
- Capacidade de organização e gestão de tempo;
- English - Advanced level. Capacity to interact with English native speakers.
